How Does It Work?
By seeing ourselves as energy beings we can start to understand the importance of creating balance and harmony within ourselves. When the energy gets blocked or is filled with obstructions, this usually manifests as physical ailments, re-occurring negative thoughts or behavioural patterns. Although modern medicine has a place in our healing, crystal and spiritual healing activates ‘self-healing’, raising awareness of our self and guides us to insights and deeper awareness to address these ailments or negative patterns.
