A Crystal and Spiritual healing practitioner (MAIR) and Crystal jewellery creator. I successfully completed a diploma with the Academy of Inner Resonance in Crystals and Spiritual healing, spanning over 4 years, 14 full weekends of learning, a multitude of essays & assignments and countless hours of healings on myself and my crystal sisters – go hard or go home I say!

I can confidently and deservedly say that I am equipped from both a theoretical and practical level to share my expert knowledge and experiences with you and help you to ultimately heal your energetic self.
My connection with crystals came to me a lot later in life, perfect divine timing is how I see it. I suddenly had this deep urge to learn more about crystals, initially for myself. I had worked on myself through therapy but felt as though I needed to know more, so I embarked on a deeply profound journey, learning and growing along the way.

In 2021, after going through yet another life changing event (son was born 3 months early during the pandemic) I knew that I was going through another transformation in my life, and I embraced it with open arms. I decided to quit my high paying corporate job as I discovered my ability to create crystal jewellery that not only looked beautiful (tooting my own horn here) but aligned perfectly to your energetic needs.
I believe to be fully grounded (head to my blog to learn more about grounding) wearing an anklet with grounding crystals is closer to the energy centre so you feel the full benefits of grounding compared to if you were to wear a grounding crystal around your neck.
I also believe that wearing crystals purely for glamour is both a disservice to us and the crystals – why not learn more and get both glamour and healing from them!
When you invite a crystal into your life or have a healing you are connecting to a community of cheerleaders – they are here to help and enrich your life and my job is to ensure you are paired up with the most appropriate energy.

Crystals have been pivotal in me connecting with myself at a profoundly deeper level, raising my awareness of my energetic state which means that when ‘bad things’ happen or my beliefs are limited, my ability to recognise and recover from them are much more structured and effective compared to falling into deeply depressive states while pretending everything was fine on the surface – sound familiar?

I used to feel tremendously alone, an emotional burden on my friends, family and in particular my husband. I was high maintenance (emotionally), deeply indecisive and riddled with low self-esteem, however a combination of therapy and immersing myself into the world of crystals has tremendously improved my emotional state.
As soon as you put on a piece of jewellery or receive Crystal & Spiritual healing your perception and energetic wellbeing changes from a very low vibration to a higher one – bringing feelings of joy, selflove and clearer understanding of YOU.
